Ingredients
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup vodka
1/4 cup blue curacao
2 Tbs cream of coconut
ice, for shaking and serving
simple syrup, for rimming
crushed rock candy, for rimming
Directions
  1. In a cocktail shaker, add the pineapple juice, vodka, blue curacao and cream of coconut. Add ice, and shake for 20 seconds. Pour simple syrup in a shallow dish. Dip the rims of two glasses into the syrup. Allow any excess to drip back into the dish. Dip the syrup-covered rims into the crushed candy. Coat the rims as much as possible to impress your guests. Add ice to the glasses, or serve the drinks straight-up.
